Written Cancellation Policy
If you want to change or cancel an existing reservation, you must call us at 800.MAMMOTH or submit an online cancellation request. (https://www.mammothmountain.com/terms/activity-change/online-cancellation-request) Some promotional offers and discounts may require additional deposits or payment in full and be non-refundable, as stated in the specific offer. If a package has been purchased, any unused portion cannot be refunded or credited for any reason including weather and personal injury. All policies, rates, and fees subject to change without notice. Juniper Springs Resort / Mammoth Mountain Inn / The Village Lodge / 1849 Condos / Snowbird Condos / Sierra Megeve 2026 Summer: April 20, 2026–November 19, 2026 26/27 Winter: November 20, 2026–April 11, 2027 2027 Summer: April 12, 2027–November 19, 2027 You may cancel or change up to 7 full days prior to your arrival date in the Winter and 2 full days prior to arrival in the Summer, with no fee and a full refund. Cancellations or changes within 7 full days of arrival in the winter or 2 full days in the summer, will result in full forfeit of the deposit. No-shows and early departures are subject to full forfeit of entire reservation total and tax. Example of 2 Days Prior (Summer): A lodging reservation with a start date of Jan. 30 must be cancelled by Jan. 27 by 11:59PM for a full refund. Example of 7 Days Prior (Winter): A lodging reservation with a start date of Jan. 30 must be cancelled by Jan. 22 by 11:59PM for a full refund.
Written Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of the first night's average room rate plus tax is required at the time of booking. Final payment for full balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. If the final payment cannot be successfully processed, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeit. Reservations made 7 days or less before arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
