These newly built 4-bedroom tri-level luxury townhomes have an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, large decks with expansive views, and sophisticated mountain contemporary interiors. Unit A sleeps 9 with four bedrooms, including two King rooms with private baths, a Queen room, and a room with a Twin Bunk and Trundle bed, plus a private hot tub.
Unit B accommodates 10 with four bedrooms, including two King rooms with private baths, a bunk room, a room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, plus a private hot tub with an integrated sound system.
If you want to change or cancel an existing reservation, you must call us at 800.MAMMOTH or submit an online cancellation request.

If a package has been purchased, any unused portion cannot be refunded or credited for any reason including weather and personal injury. You may cancel or change up to 21 full days prior to your arrival date with a $200 cancellation fee and a refund of the remainder of balance. Cancellations or changes made within 21 full days of arrival will result in a full forfeit of the deposit. No-shows and early departures are subject to full forfeit of entire reservation total and tax.
Written Deposit Policy
An advance deposit of half the reservation’s total plus tax is required at the time of booking. Final payment for full balance will be charged 7 day prior to arrival. Reservations made within 10 days of arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
